Property Description

Opportunity awaits with this two-unit multi-family property set on just over an acre with a mostly level yard and a small creek along the rear boundary. With separate utilities, furnaces, hot water heaters, electrical panels, and meters, it's ideal for rental income, multigenerational living, or owner occupancy. Major updates have already been completed, including new siding, electrical and plumbing, new furnaces, hot water heaters, flooring, bathrooms, and some exterior doors and windows. The upstairs unit features 4 bedrooms, 1 full bath, kitchen cabinets and appliances, plus a washer and dryer, and is largely finished. The 3 bedroom, 1 full bath lower unit is livable as-is with kitchen cabinetry and sink installed and it just needs kitchen appliances and washer & dryer for the already plumbed laundry room. For buyers willing to complete the remaining work, this property offers a great opportunity to build equity and customize the space to fit their needs. Whether you're seeking an investment property, extended-family living, or a value-add project, the groundwork has already been laid with many major improvements in place. Selling AS-IS.
