Property Description

I am pleased to share the details of a beautiful three-season weekend retreat that serves as the perfect base to create your dream country home. Once part of a family farm, this property has been thoughtfully transformed from a blank canvas into its present-day luster. The land has been excavated to allow for various building options, all featuring stunning views of the valley. Key features of the property include: - Storage & Structures: A 16x24 quonset hut on a concrete slab, providing ample space for 2-3 vehicles and maintenance equipment. - Living Space: An Amish-built miniature house (10x24) featuring a porch and an extended loft for sleeping. The structure is fully insulated, sheetrocked, and painted. It includes a small kitchenette and barn doors that open onto a beautiful 12x10 deck. - Recreation: A large pond built in 2019, approximately 7-8 feet deep, which is stocked with a thriving population of channel catfish and calico bass. - Infrastructure: A newly built, engineered septic system approved for a 3-bedroom home.
