Property Description

First home? Downsizing? Vacation location? Looking for a quiet, walkable & bike-able neighborhood full of Oneida Lake Views? You've found it! And this one is freshly updated and Move-In Ready! Set on more than a third of an acre, this 2BR home features an open floor plan for the main living area - the New Kitchen featuring new cabinets and appliances and an Island/Breakfast Bar looks out over the Great Room with a combined Living/Dining Area, Gas Fireplace and a large window that features a View of the Lake. The 2 main bedrooms have new w/w carpeting and are located next to the updated Full Bathroom. The utility room/laundry room located off the kitchen leads to the back of the house where you will find a roomy Office/Den that has sliders to the new deck and the backyard -- this space could also function as a possible 3rd BR if needed.
