Lot 16 + 17 Tower Road, Unadilla, NY 13849

Property Description

Discover your own private hilltop escape on Tower Road in the Town of Unadilla! Offered together, these two adjoining parcels total approximately 9.16 acres of scenic, wooded countryside with beautiful seasonal views across the surrounding hills and valleys. Recently selectively logged in spring 2026, the property features a mix of mature woodland, regenerating forest, open areas, and a small grassy clearing with excellent potential for a solar-powered retreat. The timber harvest has opened up impressive east and southeast-facing views, creating opportunities for a future cabin, off-grid getaway, hunting camp, or thoughtfully positioned country homesite. Tucked along a quiet private road, this property offers a wonderful sense of seclusion while remaining within reach of Unadilla and the surrounding communities. Access is provided by a deeded right-of-way branching off Tower Road, with additional clearing and driveway improvements needed for convenient vehicle access. No utilities are currently installed, making this an appealing opportunity for buyers interested in recreational use, or exploring future residential development. Whether you're envisioning a weekend retreat, a private hunting property, or a peaceful place to unplug and enjoy the beauty of Upstate New York, these two parcels offer an affordable opportunity to make that vision your own. The location is just 15 minutes to Sidney and I-88, 25 minutes to Oneonta, and under 30 minutes to Norwich.
