Property Description

Opportunities like this do not come along often on the east side of Cayuga Lake. Situated in Aurelius with 39 feet of level, private waterfront, this property offers a great setup featuring full public water, public sewer, and natural gas connections. Whether you are searching for a straightforward, low-maintenance weekend landing pad or the perfect footprint to build a brand-new custom lake house, this location is ready for its next chapter. The current 921-square-foot cottage is modest, practical, and highly functional. The kitchen and dining area moves easily into the lakeside three-season room, where large windows pull the water views right inside and create a direct connection to the shoreline. With 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths, the structure provides all the essentials for a comfortable seasonal retreat while you map out your long-term plans. The real magic happens right at the water’s edge. Step out to a private dock equipped with a boat hoist, ready for immediate launching, fishing, and swimming. From here, you can navigate the entire lake, dock at waterfront restaurants, or connect directly to the NYS Barge Canal System. Skip the headaches of complicated lake infrastructure—the public utilities are already here. Bring your boat, bring your builder, and claim your slice of Cayuga Lake.
