Property Description

This property offers plenty of privacy located on a very lightly traveled road yet close enough to be in downtown Elmira in less than ten minutes. If you are looking for a private spot to build your cabin or year-round home, there is an existing driveway with a small level cleared area large enough to pull in with a truck and camp, or offload your Quads. There are several well-groomed logging trails to ride or hike the property. This is a great hunting and recreational property with oak and maple stands throughout. Conveniently located only a few miles from I-86, Exit 57 and close to Newtown Battlefield State Park which was the location of an intense Revolutionary War battle during 1779. The state park offers an additional area to bow hunt, explore, and enjoy nature.
