Growing up, his father owned a construction company and built homes, giving Brad firsthand knowledge of how homes are built and what to look for when evaluating a property, His love for renovating homes and improving their potential gives clients a unique perspective throughout the buying and selling process.
Since entering real estate, Brad has developed expertise in contract management, negotiation, and guiding clients through every step of the transaction.
