Hilton was settled in 1805 & established in 1885 as North Parma. Hilton’s name originated In 1896 and the name was changed to Hilton to honor Reverend Charles Augustus Hilton, a former pastor of the village's Freewill Baptist Church.
Hilton, New York covers an area of 1.7 square miles and is 16.7 miles North East of downtown Rochester. Hilton has the Hilton Apple Festival.
Located at the western end of Monroe County, Hilton offers quick and easy access to west side of Rochester.
