About Ciana
Born and raised in Rochester, Ciana brings a genuine love for the community and a deep understanding of what makes the area such a special place to call home. Having grown up in North Winton Village, attended Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), and later lived in the Park Avenue neighborhood, she has experienced Rochester from many different perspectives and is passionate about helping others find the neighborhood that feels right for them.
Ciana takes a client-first approach to real estate, making it her priority to understand each clients' unique goals, needs, and vision. She believes every real estate transaction is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in someone's life and is commited to creating a postive, seamless experience from start to finish. Whether buying a first home, finding the next one, or selling a property, Ciana is there to provide thoughtful guidance, clear communication, and confidence throughout the process.
Before entering real estate, Ciana worked as a Procurement Specialist at L3Harris, where she developed strong negotiation skills and learned the value of building lasting, trusting relationships. She brings that same attention to detail, strategic mindset, and people-first approach to every real estate transaction, advocating for her clients and working diligently to help them achieve their goals.
When she's not working with clients, Ciana loves being past of the Rochester community. You can often find her enjoying some of her favorite local restaurants, including Vern's, TRATA, and Roam Café, exploring Rochester's parks with her dog, or walking along the Erie Canal. At home, she enjoys baking, reading, and spending quality time with friends and family.
