About Zach
Zach is a licensed real estate professional with deep roots in Rochester. A native of the area, Zach earned a Finance degree from St. John Fisher University and has spent nearly four years in commercial real estate before bringing that experience into the residential world. he knows the market from both sides of the table, and uses that perspective to look out for his clients.
Before focusing on residential real estate, Zach built a strong foundation representing tenants and landlords, negotiating leases, and managing the details that keep deals on track. That work taught him how to listen closely, communicate clearly, and stay organized when the stakes are high. He brings the same people-first approach to every client: personable, detail-oriented, and focused on what actually matters to the person sitting across from him.
Whether he is working with first-time buyers, sellers, or investors, Zach takes the time to understand each client's goals and provides honest, practical guidance from start to finish. His finance background and commercial experience give clients a clear, honest view of the decision in front of them, while his local roots give him a genuine feel for what makes Rochester a place people want to call home.
Outside of real estate, Zach enjoys watching sports, hanging out with friends, skiing, snowboarding, and spending time out on the water. He enjoys life in Rochester and staying connected to the community he grew up in.
