About Evan
Evan Schaefer is a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker with close to a decade of experience in the industry. He began his career in multifamily leasing and property management, where he developed a strong foundation in asset management and tenant relations before transitioning into brokerage.
Since joining NORCHAR Real Estate in 2019, Evan has focused primarily on commercial sales and leasing - representing investors, business owners, and developers across an array of asset types including retail, office, multifamily, industrial, and mixed-use properties. He continues to serve residential clients with the same level of care and strategic guidance.
Known for his professionalism, market knowledge, and client-centric approach, Evan brings energy and precision to every transaction. Outside of real estate, he enjoys an active lifestyle, spending winters snowboarding and traveling to surf in his free time.
