Evan Schaefer joined NORCHAR Real Estate in 2019 looking to shift focus from prior years experience in multifamily leasing and property management, to sales, and investment. Evan has transacted within all areas of residential sales since inception; successfully navigating various client requirements brought to the table. Additionally, Evan has quickly transitioned to becoming one of the most youthful minds in the commercial sector.
Evan aims to make an impact in the community by helping educate and guide clients looking to invest in the market. Whether first time purchasers, longtime owners designing fresh chapters in life, or investors intending to grow their portfolios. He brings a great energy and enthusiasm to each clients' transaction, and has proven to be a valued member of our team.
Outside of Real Estate, Evan enjoys an active lifestyle based on various activities. His top favored being snowboarding throughout winter, and traveling to surf during off time.
