I had all these ideas for the type of house I wanted. I had no particular area, didn't know if I wanted a house that needed lots of TLC or move in ready. I was very indecisive. Josh knew what he was in for and accepted the challenge. We looked at alot of houses..sent emails back or forth and then he found what I was looking for! Josh was extremely helpful in realizing exactly what we were looking for in a house so that he could narrow down our search, preventing us from wasting time unnecessarily. Josh responded to every question and request that we had, regardless of the time of day, or the ridiculousness of the request. We ultimately found our current home at 6am on a Friday, Josh got us in to see it twice that day, and we ended up signing the papers that evening and the rest is history!
